How do you call someone who promotes products in internet forums?

Well, I know the expression “troll”, but the word “troll” seems to be the expression for people posting personal attacks, specious arguments etc.
But quite often I find that there especially in forums that deal with technical issues like computing, photography etc. there are obviously users that abuse the forums to promote certain products.
