How do I Market my business for free?

If you pay ZERO for advertising
you will get what you pay for!
People who just spam there ads all over the web
off-topic and out-of-line in forums (etc…)
actually DAMAGE the good name of the business they are trying to advertise!

Web 2.0 or social media (Facebook, Twitter, MySpace), Free Classified Ads, Article Marketing, Blogs, Press Releases. Free marketing takes more work & education. I recommend you check out The Shoestring Marketer on Facebook. She has alot of great free training. Educating yourself is the most important thing. If you do social media wrong, it can hurt your business. You cannot be too salesy on those sites.
I recommend: EzineArticles.com, Craigs List, Wordpress.com.
Open a Facebook, Twitter & My Space account. Start learning, growing & evolving. There is alot of free training online. Good luck!
This software is not free, but worth checking out for when your business is doing well.

Call a reporter for the local newspaper and ask if she will interview you about your business. If she does, you will get discovered.

You can network in social networking sites, forums and social bookmarking sites l to promote your business for free.

write something about it, do article submissions and directory submissions. also bookmark your sites to be able to get quality backlinks.
